Job Title: Landscaper
Location: Peak Cellars – Lake Country, BC
Wage: $23–$25/hour (based on experience)
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Overtime: Available, including weekends
Start Date: Immediately
Reports To: Head Landscaper

Peak Cellars is located on a scenic 7-acre property and home to our Goldie Road vineyard. In addition to producing award-winning wines, our half-acre organic vegetable garden and two greenhouses supply fresh, high-quality fruits and vegetables for our Garden Bistro. We are a passionate team of food and wine enthusiasts dedicated to excellence, sustainability, and the beauty of the Okanagan.
Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Landscaper to join our landscape team and help maintain the beauty and productivity of our grounds. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in their work, and is excited to contribute to a vibrant hospitality and culinary-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain lawns by mowing, trimming, and edging
- Prune and care for trees, shrubs, and perennials
- Weed, mulch, and maintain garden beds and pathways
- Assist with planting, soil preparation, and transplanting in both ornamental and vegetable gardens
- Operate landscaping equipment such as trimmers, blowers, mowers, and small machinery
- Water and fertilize as needed, including hanging baskets and planters
- Support seasonal garden tasks (e.g., cleanup, leaf collection, planting rotations)
- Collaborate with the Garden Bistro team to harvest and maintain edible plants and greenhouse crops
- Follow all safety protocols and best practices
Qualifications:
- Positive attitude and willingness to work outdoors in all weather
- Physically fit and able to perform manual labor
- High attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Previous landscaping or horticulture experience is an asset but not required
- Ability to work independently and take direction from the Head Landscaper
- Valid driver’s licence preferred
